1. LUNCHES – There will be no student lunch served on exam days. The Bridge will be open for snacks each morning before the first exam and at each schedule break.

2. BUS ARRIVALS – There will be regular morning bus service on all exam days.

3. BUS DEPARTURES –

4. EXAM MAKE-UP – Students who have an excused absence from an exam may make arrangements with their teacher to make up the exam on Friday during the Exam Make-up Session. Students may also arrange with teachers to make up exams during Resource Periods.

5. TECHNOLOGY CENTER OF DUPAGE – TCD 1st semester ends on December 21, 2017.

6. QUIET STUDY AREAS – Supervised quiet study areas will be available in the Commons and the LRC for those students who wish to study during the exams, when they have a free period. All Physical Education and Driver Education classes WILL MEET ON EXAM DAYS. There are to be no students in the halls without a pass during the exam periods. All students are to remain in their classes during the entire period.

7. RESCHEDULED EXAMS – Students who feel they have a heavy load of exams on Wednesday and Thursday, the days we have three exams, may elect to change or move one of their exams to the Rescheduled/Makeup time slot on Friday 12/22 This change should be arranged with their individual teacher no later than one week prior to the beginning of exams.

8. SCHOOL CODE – School Code requires that Districts schedule a minimum of 300 minutes of instruction and student support during the last day of each academic semester. Passing periods do not count toward the 300 minutes requirement.

9. SENIOR EXAMS – Seniors scheduled to graduate at semester are only required to take semester exams if they need them to pass the course. A memo will be sent to teachers of these Seniors in November. The last day of attendance for these Seniors will be Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
